Yes, there’s a “document library” facility.

This is an option on the main page of the client alongside Work List etc. On the server you create a set of (potentially nested) lists (eg. Company policy, Health and safety, Product manuals, Technical info etc.) Each of these lists is a menu/icon on the phone. Within a list you have as many entries as you want, each with an associated document (usually PDFs). These don’t really use forms, they’re there as reference documents to read. In this way the company documentation is maintained centrally and sent out to all users.
